This document explains how the MeciFlow handles your personal data when you use the Meci mobile app ("Meci"). By using Meci, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
This isn’t just a policy—it’s a breakdown of what data we get, why we get it, and how we keep it safe. It applies to everyone who uses Meci, no matter how you access it.
· Info You Give Us on Purpose
When you sign up, we might ask for your full name, email, and birthday—this helps us set up and secure your account. You can also add a username, profile pic, or bio to your profile if you want, but that’s optional.
· Info We Get Automatically
Meci notes details about your device (like its model or operating system) and how you use the app—what features you tap, how long you stay, which screens you visit. We also use unique device IDs to make sure your experience is consistent.
· Location Stuff (If You Let Us)
With your clear okay, we might access your rough or exact location. This helps us suggest things that make sense for where you are, like local - relevant features.
· Tools We Use to Track (Simply Put)
We use cookies and similar tools to make navigating easier, check how well the app works, and show you content you might like based on what you do in Meci.
We use your data to:
· Keep Meci running smoothly (managing your account, fixing issues, etc.).
· Make your experience feel personal—like suggesting features you might love based on what you use.
· Answer your questions, send updates about the app, or warn you about security stuff.
· Protect you and Meci from hackers, fraud, or other bad behavior.
· Follow the law—like if a court asks for info, we have to comply.
Sometimes, but only in these cases:
· If you tell us it’s okay.
· With companies that help us run Meci (like hosting services or payment processors). They can only use your data to do their job for us, and they have to keep it safe.
· If the law makes us—like a court order or police investigation.
· If Meci gets sold or merged with another company, your data might transfer with the business. We’ll make sure the new owner follows the same rules.
We take steps like:
· Encrypting sensitive data when it moves around or is stored.
· Using secure ways to check who you are and control who can see your info.
· Regularly checking for security holes and teaching our team how to protect data.
But remember: No internet - based system is 100% safe. We try our best, but we can’t promise perfect security.
You have rights, like:
· Asking to see what data we have about you.
· Telling us to fix data that’s wrong.
· Asking us to delete your data in some cases.
· Stopping us from using your data temporarily (like if you think it’s wrong).
· Getting a copy of your data to use with another app.
· Saying no to us using your data for things like marketing.
To do any of this, email us at ddfa1919@hotmail.com. We’ll get back to you as the law requires.
Meci isn’t for anyone under 17. We don’t try to get data from kids. If we accidentally do, we’ll delete it right away. If you think your kid’s info is with us, email ddfa1919@hotmail.com.
Your info could be sent to other countries to be processed. These places might have different privacy rules, but we’ll make sure it’s protected like we say here. By using Meci, you’re okay with this.
We might update this from time to time. If we make big changes, we’ll tell you in the app or by email. Keep using Meci after that, and you agree to the new version.
Got questions? Email us at ddfa1919@hotmail.com. The MeciFlow cares about your privacy—thanks for trusting us with Meci.
