Meci Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meci application ("Meci") provided by MeciFlow ("we," "our"). By accessing or using Meci, you ("you") agree to abide by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree, you must cease using Meci immediately.

1. Access Requirements

1.1 Minimum Age

Meci is available only to individuals aged 17 or older. By using Meci, you confirm you meet this age threshold.

1.2 Account Setup

To access premium features, you’ll need to create an account with accurate, current information—including a valid email and a secure password. You’re responsible for keeping this information up to date.

1.3 Account Responsibility

You’re liable for all activity on your account. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us right away at ddfa1919@hotmail.com. We won’t be responsible for losses from unprotected accounts.

2. Usage Rules

2.1 Legal Boundaries

You must use Meci in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances.

2.2 Restricted Actions

You agree not to:

· Share content that’s illegal, harmful, threatening, bigoted, or invasive of privacy;

· Tamper with Meci’s technical infrastructure (e.g., hacking, distributing malware);

· Harass other users or send unsolicited communications;

· Reproduce, alter, or distribute Meci’s code, designs, or branding without written approval;

· Use Meci for commercial gain without explicit permission.

3. Data and Privacy

3.1 Information Handling

We collect and process your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Using Meci means you accept these data practices.

3.2 External Links

Meci may include links to third-party services. We don’t control these, and aren’t liable for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.

4. Content and Licensing

4.1 Using Meci

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use Meci for personal, non-commercial use. This doesn’t allow sublicensing, resale, or reverse engineering.

4.2 Your Content

You own the content you post on Meci, but you grant us a global, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it to operate Meci.

5. Account Closure

5.1 Our Discretion

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, act illegally, or misuse Meci—no prior notice needed.

5.2 Your Choice to Leave

You can stop using Meci anytime by deleting your account and uninstalling the app. Obligations from before closure remain in effect.

6. Liability and Protection

6.1 No Warranties

Meci is provided "as is"—we make no guarantees about its performance, security, or reliability.

6.2 Liability Limits

We won’t be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages from using (or failing to use) Meci, even if we’re aware of potential issues.

6.3 Indemnification

You’ll cover our losses from claims, lawsuits, or expenses caused by your misuse of Meci, breach of these Terms, or legal violations.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on Meci with a new "Updated" date. Continuing to use Meci means you accept the changes.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of MeciFlow’s incorporation jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by courts in that jurisdiction.
